Black is always slimming!

We’ve all had those days…when our favorite jeans feel just a liiiitle too snug.  When our go to skirt doesn’t hug the right spots anymore.  When all else fails, black leggings, black jeans and black slacks literally hide those trouble spots that our spandex yoga capris are highlighting.

Pair a super soft faux suede black legging, such as our Style #IFS003, with a fun printed top for a dinner date or weekend look.  Try adding a black leather jacket over a white tee with black jeans for a modern look à la Jennifer Aniston.  Add high-heeled boots to make your legs look longer and slimmer.

Denim jackets are perfect for fall!

Denim jackets are so versatile and add an extra layer of warmth to casual looks.  If you want to dress down a work outfit, add a denim jacket over your slacks and blouse.  Our denim jacket, Style #FJ238, comes in black, distressed denim and white.  We are excited to debut our new special edition Style #FJ234 denim blazer for fall 2012!

Play with color to brighten up fall outfits!

Now that fall is upon us, you might think that its time to wear brown, beige and other neutral colors.  But why have a dreary fall wardrobe when you can incorporate eye-catching fall staples, like colored jeans and printed tops in vibrant fall colors?

Our new fall jeans come in a beautiful range of colors.  My personal favorites are sea grass and terracotta in Style #FJ129.   The sea grass colored jeans combine perfectly with our teal leopard top Style #JP018.  Wear this outfit with boots, ballet flats, or heels and you have a perfect fall outfit.

We love our teal turtleneck, especially with the right accessories; it definitely brightens up a work outfit!

Fall Must Have: Classic Trench Coat!

The leaves are falling and that means the weather is cooling down.  Whether you are on the east coast or west coast, every modern woman needs a great, classic trench coat in their closet.  The “classic trench” is generally khaki or tan colored but if you want to be more adventurous, try a black or navy blue trench.

The great thing about a trench coat is it can make an outfit look more sophisticated or it can create an instant fall look.  Add a trench to dark jeans and a long sleeve top with boots for an instant equestrian look or put a trench coat over a wrap dress for an effortless cold weather outfit.

Fall Photoshoot!

Yesterday, we had so much fun shooting our new Fabrizio Gianni Fall collection!  Our model loved the soft and comfortable feel of our jeans and tops.  During the photoshoot, we were thrilled to see how versatile and fun our new jean and corduroy pant colors look.  They will look perfect paired with a dress shirt for work or a night out and dressed down with a comfy crochet sweater for the chilly Fall and Winter days. We are so excited for you to see the new colors, you will love them all!

The best part of prepping for a photo-shoot is that we get a first look at all of the new styles and new colors…and we’re sharing them with you!  We are FALLing in LOVE with the new jeweled tone jeans and corduroys, these colors are just PERFECT for the holiday season.

This Fall season, we’re going with BOLD and beautiful shades for styles FJ128 and FJ129 (our signature lightweight jeans). The NEW fall colors include Eggshell, Ochre, Tobacco, Terracotta, Peridot, Verdite, Jade, Seagrass, Jazzberry, Prune, Rock, Pumice, Waterfront, Iris, and Tomato.  Three popular colors from the past seasons will also be making a come-back this season, you’ll once again see Chocolate, Pumice and Black.  Not all colors will be availible to purchase online so we’re counting on you to VOTE on your fav top 5!  Just comment below and tell us which colors you’d like to see in the Fall.  We’ll announce the new colors next month so check back to see if your favorite colors made it to the top 5!
